As all products sold by SINUOLIN PERFORMANCE are 100% customized according to your preferences, we require up to 15-20 business days for production, processing, and customization after you place an order. Except for unforeseeable circumstances, we usually dispatch the goods promptly after the customization is completed.
Order Modification or Cancellation:
As all products sold by SINUOLIN PERFORMANCE are 100% customized according to your preferences, it is your responsibility to confirm the customization options and content before making a purchase. Once an order is placed on the website, it is non-refundable. If you strongly wish to modify or cancel your order and the payment time is less than 24 hours, you can contact us via email to confirm whether we have started production. If production has not yet commenced, we can assist you with modifying or canceling the order.
