Return Policy

Due to the fact that all products sold by SINUOLIN PERFORMANCE are 100% customized according to your preferences, it is your responsibility to confirm the customization options and content before making a purchase. Therefore, personalized custom products cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality issues, as they cannot be re-sold. If the payment for your order was made less than 24 hours ago, you can contact us via email to confirm whether we have started production on your order. If the production has not yet been commenced, we will assist you with the refund.

 

Product Quality Issues:

For product quality issues, please contact us via email within 3 business days of receiving the item(s). When contacting us, please provide the following information:

  1. Your order number and a brief describtion of the product's defects you have found.
  2. Photos or videos of the defected product for evidence.
  3. Once all evidence have been prepared, send these to: <support@sinuolinperformance.com>
  4. Upon receiving the email, we will confirm the information and product details and discuss the after-sales solution with you through subsequent emails.

 

After-sales solutions typically include: 

  1. Partial or Full refund
  2. Re-sending missing or replaceable parts
  3. Re-sending a new product

 

In conclusion, if you have any after-sales issues, please communicate with our customer service at: <support@sinuolinperformance.com> Any returns or exchanges must be confirmed through our email correspondence, and we do not accept any unauthorized returns.  Once we confirm that the return can be proceeded through email, we will provide you with a PDF-format shipping label document. You just need to print it out at your nearby USPS station and attach it to the goods you are returning to hand over to USPS staff. All return costs will be borne by SINUOLIN PERFORMANCE. Once we receive and inspect the returned goods without any issues, we will issue a full refund to you.
